Cancellation & Refund
ModThera is an online appointment booking and therapy management application that provides a variety of online services to Users for Speech & Mental Health related issues, information and resources.
ModThera services will be utilised by Users (Certified Speech and Language Therapists and Professionals in the field of Speech and Mental Healthcare, Proprietorship company providing Speech and Mental Health Services, or Pvt. Ltd. or LLC companies providing similar services as mentioned) ModThera takes reasonable effort to verify the genuineness of Users utilising its services.
Payment: We accept payment via online payment gateway. After the payment ModThera will take a maximum of 5 working days to setup/customise the services for its users.
Service Plans: ModThera offers monthly/ yearly subscription plans for its services. The plans are available on the following page – https://modthera.com/pricing.
Service Validity: Commencement for our service is confirmed once the payment is done and is confirmed via email sent to the user. ModThera services will be valid till the end of subscription period for which the user has paid for. After the end of the subscription period, the services will be put on hold for a grace period of 30 days beyond which the user details will be deleted.
Refund: We offer very transparent and structured cancellation and refund options which help you tide over those unforeseen events. If for any reason, you are not fully satisfied with our services, we will be happy to offer you a refund as per our policy. Please send a written request for refund to our email – info@modthera.com or contact the Support Team on +91 9760226001 for early resolution of your request. There would be a processing fee as per below:
All discounts applied in the subscription plan would be removed and the refund request will be treated at full rates. In addition, charges of 10% of the total amount paid by a customer would be charged as cancellation fees and adjusted in the refund amount. Banking transaction charges would also be deducted based on the payment gateway used.
